The Maestrello Family

Dr. Steven Maestrello, a practicing rheumatologist in Richmond, thought it would be a great life experience to volunteer with his children.

The Maestrellos contacted CrossOver and Dr. Maestrello began to see patients at the clinic while his sons were volunteering. Mom, Laura, began to volunteer doing administrative work and running the front desk. The Maestrello family volunteers together and completely runs the Quioccasin clinic one evening a week.

They have been doing this for so long that two of their sons are grown and away at college. Both boys return to CrossOver during their summer breaks to volunteer with their parents. The Maestrellos attend St. Bridget Catholic Church and are an amazing example of an entire family putting their faith in action in our community.
